Return / Cancellation

Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. is happy to exchange the size of any product for the correct size for your car or dog.

PUPPY PROOF CREATIONS™ INC. MUST be notified of any returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt of the product. Our customer service desk MUST be contacted prior to the return or exchange of an item, in the event that a product is to be returned or exchanged please contact our customer service desk at 1-877-736-4490 with details of the concern prior to return of the product.

No returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted for special orders.

NO ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED ONCE SHIPPED ,however, it can be returned. Undeliverable, refused or returned shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the selling price plus the shipping and handling charges, which are not refundable. Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. tracks all deliveries, however, we are not responsible for shipping problems. If a package must be traced please allow time for this procedure; Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. is not responsible for the extra time required for tracing a package.

All returns must be shipped in a sturdy shipping carton (the original may be used). The shipment must be insured for the actual value of the package and shipment paid. All returns must be unused and in reasonable condition with its original packaging. Please include your original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return as discussed with our customer service desk prior to the return.

Credit for returns are normally processed within 5 business days from the date the merchandise is received. Credit will be applied to the credit card used when the item was originally purchased

Shipping and Delivery

All Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. products are shipped with a tracking number. Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. takes no responsibility for lost orders, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by the Delivery Service.

In the unlikely event that a parcel is returned to Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. by the Delivery Service a handling fee of $8.00 will be charged plus any reshipping charges. If the purchaser does not reply to notification of delivery or cannot be contacted by Puppy Proof Creations™ Inc. to inform them of the return of the parcel, a credit will be applied to the purchaser's account minus shipping and handling and restocking fee set out above.
