I have a leather seat, do I need an Anti-Slip Runner?
Yes you do! Leather seats can be difficult for a dog to feel stable and comfortable, as they tend to slip and slide on the smooth surface. The Seat Saver provides comfort and protection for the seat but is smooth on the underside and will slip, just like the dog, on the leather. The Anti-Slip Runner ensures that the Seat Saver stays in place, it provides stability for the dog and is an added layer of protection for your seat.
How do I know what size of Seat Saver is best for my car?
Good question! We do have a list of sizing examples but of course we cannot list all makes and models of car. To ensure you obtain the proper size simply measure the width of the seat back and you will know the proper size (remember that mini vans and single seats have their own cover so no measuring is required):
Small Medium Large |
43 inches - 48 inches 49 inches - 54 inches 55 inches - 60 inches |
How many bags does the Jam-A-Bag hold?
There are two sizes of Jam-A-Bags. The small holds approximately 30 regular plastic bags and the large holds about 70. Both sizes are available in 8 adorable dog motifs.
I have put the correct size of Seat Saver on my car but it doesn't look quite right.
The Seat Saver is designed to sit on your seat, if it is pulled to far down the front of the seat it won't fit properly and the seat belt holes will be in the wrong place. To obtain a proper fit ensure that the front seat seam that runs from one side of the cover to the other along the seat portion of the cover is lined up on the front edge of the seat. This will allow the cover to be properly tucked in, the seat belt holes to be in the proper place and the front seat protection to wrap around the seat and fit almost to the floor.
Q: I have leather seats, the Seat Saver fits perfectly, however, my car won't allow me to tuck in the top corners and they slip down, what can I do?
Those slippery corners that don't tuck in are easy to fix! Cut a strip of Anti-Slip Runner about 6 inches wide and flop it over the corners that are slipping, put the Seat Saver on top of the strips on the corners, tuck it in snuggly at the side where you can and presto ‚ problem solved! |
